Invoices will be sent to you and the full amount of the total costs must be paid in full before the public records are released to you*

*Cost for staff time necessary to respond to a FOIA request is based on the pro-rated hourly salary of the lowest paid employee who, has the necessary skills and training to perform the request. If request requires specialized personnel, the hourly rates could increase*
*No charge for copies provided electronically; however, the City may charge for the staff time required to transfer the documents to electronic format*
*a deposit of 25% of the anticipated costs may be required prior to searching for and/or making the records request*
