Lieutenant Terry Mitchell

Lieutenant Terry Mitchell has served the citizens of the City of Anderson for 28 years. He began his law enforcement career with the City of Anderson Police Department. Lt. Mitchell has attended various training throughout his career including training in Instant Response and in Homeland Security. In 1995, Mitchell was promoted to Lieutenant and now supervises the Municipal Business Center Security, Court Security, Downtown Parking Enforcement, and the Downtown Officer. Lt.
